Refund Policy & Cancellations

Our discussion services are non-refundable. Bookings for discussion services must be made at least one working day in advance, and rescheduling on the same day of the appointment is not allowed. You can request a rescheduled appointment at least one working day in advance. Offline bookings can be confirmed upon successful payment before the end of the day (EoD). If payment is not received, the booking will be cancelled, and the slot will be made available to the public again.

Digital products and operational services are refundable. Refunds for digital products and operational services will be processed within 7 working days after email confirmation of the cancellation. To cancel a digital product or operational service, please send an email to cancellations@ujjwal.club Please note that the time it takes for the refund to be reflected in your account may vary based on your payment service provider's policies.
